Take a color photo of your subject using a standard 35mm camera,
even a disposable camera works well. Or email a digital picture saved in
the jpeg. format. Note; If you want a printed card, a photograph will give
better results than a digital picture. Digital pictures print out a bit grainy,
but look great on the internet. A plain light colored background works best,
indoors use flash, avoid shadows or direct sunlight. Have the lens of the
camera lined up directly in front of the subjects eyes. Stand within 2 feet
away for a large animal such as a large dog, horse or goat. Stand within
1 foot away for a small dog or cat or bird. The idea is to have the subject
taking up almost all of the camera frame, about 80%. Try to have the
subject looking straight ahead as possible, not off to the side. Pets can
be standing, sitting or laying down.

For a human make-over, pull the hair back off the face and tight against
the head. Use a headband if necessary and pull the headband back off the
front of the face so that it isn't touching the skin.
The better your original photo is the better the results will
be. Send several photos if you aren't sure which is best, close up or farther
away. Your original photo will be returned to you.

information. Check each category. Not all looks may be suitable for your
picture, but every effort is made to have it look as close as possible to your
choices.
Each make-over includes: one blank 4" x 5" greeting card with envelope for $10.00, (size may vary slightly) which includes shipping charge within the USA only. Foreign orders inquire about extra charge for postage. If you only want the make-over emailed to you, the charge is only $8.00. For an emailed make-over only, enclose a self stamped addressed envelope with your payment, if you want your original photo returned. Additional cards at time of order are $2.00 each. If ordered at a later date the price is $4.00 per card including postage.
